Residents should not have to accept overflowing garbage bins, dirty sidewalks, neglected public spaces, persistent unwanted graffiti or repeatedly missed collection as normal. Cleanliness is more than appearance: well-maintained streets support businesses, improve walking and transit trips, strengthen neighbourhood pride and create more welcoming public spaces.

On-time collection, faster missed-pickup response, better public-bin servicing, attention to high-traffic areas and public performance reporting.

Cleaner Sidewalks and Commercial Streets

Targeted sidewalk washing, seasonal deep cleaning, bin and street-furniture cleaning, transit-stop maintenance and BIA coordination.

Faster Litter Removal

Mobile litter crews, better bin servicing, event and weekend deployment, hotspot identification and easier reporting.

Graffiti and Illegal Dumping
