Work with institutions and industry on practical training in research, coding, design, business, marketing, engineering, data, skilled occupations, entrepreneurship and creative work.
AI Enablement Learning Grants
Pursue partnerships with other governments and institutions for optional training support where feasible.
Help Small Businesses Hire Students
Connect paid student talent with qualifying businesses needing websites, digital marketing, bookkeeping systems, design, translation, e-commerce, accessibility and business systems.
Help Students Build Companies

OSAP & Student Financial Support
Be clear about municipal authority.
OSAP is a provincial responsibility. The Mayor cannot unilaterally rewrite provincial student-assistance rules. Toronto should advocate constructively while focusing City resources where municipal action can matter directly.
